Infrastructure Systems Analyst - Security
The I&O Systems Analyst - Security will be part of a team of technology professionals responsible for the evaluation, design, administration, and support of endpoint security, data loss prevention, and identity & access management technologies across the enterprise.
Provide day-to-day administration of endpoint security (McAfee ePO, ENS10, MDE, FRP, DLP) and Identity & Access Management (Centrify Server Suite Enterprise, Centrify Identity Services, Centrify Privilege Services, RSA SecurID and Authentication Manager) infrastructure as well as Tier 3 support of all endpoint security and IAM applications.
Coordinate service/support needs between vendor account teams, vendor technical support, and internal IT teams from escalation to resolution. These efforts may extend beyond the course of the normal work schedule depending upon severity.
Assist in the design and deployment of a highly available endpoint security infrastructure.
Assist in the design and deployment of a highly available identity and access management infrastructure including Active Directory Unix/Linux Bridging, NIS migration, Privilege Elevation and Auditing, and MFA.
Participate in endpoint security and application troubleshooting/configuration with other IT teams including platforms, infrastructure, applications, service delivery, networking, and information security.
Develop, create, and maintain documentation and best practices processes for all endpoint security and identity & access management infrastructure and point products.
Continued detailed knowledge/training on endpoint security and identity & access management innovations, new product releases, end-of-life products, and current threats and solutions.
Evaluate and recommend endpoint security architecture and/or solutions and implement life cycle maintenance processes to include consolidation of McAfee ePO environments when necessary.
Windows Server and Unix/Linux systems authentication including NIS, LDAP, Active Directory and Kerberos
Host-Based Firewalls and Intrusion Prevention
Full Disk Encryption
Data Loss Prevention
Device Control and Removable Media Encryption
Network security and system security principles
Experience with McAfee ePO or another endpoint security management platform in a large scale, multi-location, enterprise environment
Centrify Server Suite and Privilege & Identity services in a mid-large scale, multi-location, enterprise environment.
SAML and implementing internet SSO
RSA SecurID, RADIUS authentication, and MFA
Powershell, VBscript, batch, or shell scripting
Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting or other relational database experience
Strong interpersonal skills in a customer service environment
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate, both in writing and verbally
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks
